All the appointment requests are made online using the link on the website or under the patient portal (for already established patients). You can always request the appointment by phone or email me ([email protected]).

I offer consultations in person, over the phone or via telehealth; however, your first appointment must be in person, in order to establish a doctor-patient relationship.

Patients who live outside of WA state, can request an initial consultation over the phone or via  telehealth. The goal of the initial consultation is to allow me to learn about your case, and for you to learn about my approach. You can also ask questions and get a feel for whether or not this will be a good fit. The initial consultation typically lasts about 30 minutes or more. After this consultation, you will need to make an in person appointment. Follow up visits can always be conducted over the phone or via telehealth.

Telehealth Appointments

Telehealth, or telemedicine, is the use of technology that enables remote healthcare. Basically, it makes it possible for physicians to treat patients whenever needed, remotely using a computer, tablet, or smartphone. I provide secure, online and HIPAA-compliant telehealth consultations supported by ChARM EHR.

I am not currently offering house calls.

Please Arrive Early

Please try to arrive 10-15 minutes before any in person appointment! Running more than 5 minutes late will either take away from your appointment time or will require re-scheduling. I have a limited number of appointments daily, and I can not afford to run late or to not have enough time to be ready for the next visit.

Remember, any in-person appointment can be turned into a phone or video consult appointment.
